Our school office is closed during April Vacation, April 17-27.  All applications of new students for the 2026/2027 school year recieved after April 17th will be reviewed as soon as possible upon our return from April Vacation, Monday, April 27th. We thank you for your interest!

All new/prospective students and families interested in applying to Mater Dolorosa Catholic School: The application window for the 2026/2027 school year has been made available since February, 2026, with a requested due date of April 12, 2026. All applications received by the due date have been processed accordingly; please understand any application received AFTER April 12, 2026, will be reviewed as quickly as possible, with the understanding that our school offices are CLOSED during April Vacation (April 17-27). Please click the Application link below, and follow the instructions. Once applications are reviewed by our office, please look for an additonal ‘offer sent’ acceptance email to enroll your child. We thank you for your interest!
Current Students
All CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS/FAMILIES – our 2026/2027 re-enrollment window has been open since March 1. Please complete your re-enrollment tasks, including officially withdrawing your child, as soon as possible. Plans are underway to prepare for the 2026/2027 school year; these include teacher retentions/hires, classroom determinations, and textbooks/supplies orders. If you have a SPECIAL circumstance (i.e. payment plan situation), we ask that you PLEASE take that into consideration regarding our requested due dates. Your child’s seat is not automatically saved; you MUST complete your re-enrollment. As always, please contact the school office if you have any difficulties with the process, or if you have any questions. Our office hours are M-F, 8a.m.- 3:30p.m.. The school office is closed during April Vacation, which has been shared with families. Please reach out to us if you need assistance through this process, beginning Monday, April 27, 2026.

All prospective/new families are encouraged to tour our campus. If you are interested in touring our campus, please call the school office at 532-2831, or email us at secretary@materdolorosaschool.org during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to schedule one. Tours can also be arranged by special appointment, however, are unavailable on weekends.
PRESCHOOL TUITION RATES 2026 – 2027
*2 days/week — $2,925.00 ; 3 days/week — $4,275.00 ; 4 days/week — $5,385.00 ; 5 days/week — $6,710.00

K – 8 ANNUAL TUITION RATES WITH FAMILY DISCOUNT 2026 – 2027
* Child 1 — $4,575.00 ; Child 2 — $4,475.00 ; Child 3 — $4,425.00 ; Child 4 — $4,375.00
*Diocesan Financial Aid is available for need-based families. Please apply via FACTS Tuition and Grant Aid Management. The application window closes April 30, 2026.
