Welcome to Our Kindergarten Class
Important News and Information
** I wanted to inform all our Kindergarten parents that our classroom is a Peanut/Treenut free class due to allergies within the classroom. Please know that if your child is bringing in snacks or lunch from home it needs to be free of these allergies to ensure the safety for all our students. Thank you for your help and support. **
I can’t believe the school year is coming to a close in a couple months. Seeing how much our kindergarten has grown amazes me. I am so proud of all their hard work this year and I am looking forward to seeing how they continue to grow.
Here’s a peek at what we’ve been working on so far:
- Language Arts: We are now focusing on writing how we need to write letters on dotted lines, how to space our words, and make sentences.
- Math: We are now learning how to make, decompose and show numbers 11-20. We are also learning how to skip count by 2’s, 5’s, 10’s.
- Religion: This is the month of forgiveness which is all about how to forgive with kindness. In our Religion books we are focusing on reasons we pray to God.

- Reminder: Please make sure your child has a snack for snack time, even if they get a hot lunch they still need a snack to have during snack time. Thank you.
