Spelling Words for week of 9/21 – met, net, pet, set, have, they, that, two, up. Students brought home their words on Friday for practice. Please have your child practice their words daily.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Back to School Night: Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 5:30-7:00pm. Sign ups for Parent/Teacher Conferences, scheduled for November, will be available in the classroom.
School Pictures: Fall School Pictures will take place on Mon., Sept. 28. Flyers went home on 9-18.
Mass: Our next school mass is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 10am. NO DRESS DOWN ON MASS DAY. Uniforms must be worn.
Pickup: If there is a change in pickup, please send a note to the teacher in the Communication Folder or call the office. Please DO NOT instruct your child to relay dismissal information verbally to the teacher. All changes MUST come directly from the parent and be communicated through the school office/teacher to prevent confusion or unnecessary anxiety. If you have any questions, please contact the school. Thank you for your cooperation.
Class Folder/Agenda: Please make sure your child brings their folder & agenda to school daily.
Snack/Water Bottle: Please make sure your child brings a snack and water bottle daily to school.
After School Program: If your child is attending the ASP, please make sure he/she brings a snack. Snacks/drinks ARE NOT provided for students. Thank you for your cooperation.
Specials Schedule: Monday – Gym, Music; Tuesday – Spanish; Thursday – Art; Friday – Technology*
*Students must sign and return the Technology and User Agreement before being issued a chrome book. Please return and sign the Agreement ASAP. Students will be working on chrome books almost daily to reinforce concepts learned in the classroom.
Parent/Student Handbook: Please sign and date (parents AND student) and return ASAP.
Change of Clothing: Please bring in ASAP (uniform items – socks, underwear, shirt, pants/skirt/jumper).
Birthdays: Students can bring in goody bags and/or a snack/drink to share with the class. Please send/write a note in the daily folder.
