Pre-Kindergarten (Mrs. Kelly)

Happy October!

We hope everyone’s fall season is off to a wonderful start!  As the days get shorter and the weather begins to change, we are keeping very busy in preschool.  The children are settling into their new environment and learning the daily routines of preschool alongside their friends.  Just a reminder to make sure your CORI and Virtus training (a training and code of conduct) are both completed.  As you can see, events are already starting and every event is always looking for volunteers.  Please reach out if you are unsure of your status.

Themes:

September 29th – October 3rd We will be focusing on everything fall – from the changing of leaves to the change of the weather.

October 6th – October 10thWe will be focusing on woodland animals.

October 13th – October 17th – We will be focusing on hibernating animals.    ****During this week, we are asking for the students to bring in a favorite teddy bear that can stay for the week.  Students will be able to play with their bears in the classroom, and we will be doing fun activities with them.  Any unruly bears, unfortunately, will be asked to go home early.
